By purchasing, winning, accepting or redeeming this travel package, the purchaser and travelers acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please review these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing, bidding on, accepting, redeeming, transferring, or using the Somewhere Over Las Vegas travel package. By purchasing, accepting, redeeming, or traveling under this package, the travelers acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. PACKAGE VALIDITY & TRAVEL DEADLINE

The Somewhere Over Las Vegas package is valid for travel for two (2) travelers.

All travel must be completed on or before May 31, 2027.

The package expires after May 31, 2027, and any unused portion of the package will be forfeited unless Allegro Luxury Vacations expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Travel arrangements must be requested from Allegro Luxury Vacations no later than December 31, 2026. Travelers are encouraged to contact Allegro Luxury Vacations as soon as possible after receiving the package and to provide multiple preferred travel dates to ensure the best availability.

Submitting preferred travel dates does not constitute confirmation. Travel is confirmed only after Allegro Luxury Vacations provides written confirmation of the applicable arrangements.

2. AVAILABILITY, PEAK DATES & PACKAGE BUDGET

All travel dates and package components are subject to availability and peak-date restrictions.

Hotel rates, airfare, entertainment, tours, dining, transportation, and other travel costs can vary significantly based on travel dates and demand. Major conventions, concerts, festivals, sporting events, holidays, special events, large group bookings, and other periods of high demand may result in substantially higher travel costs or limited availability.

Allegro Luxury Vacations reserves the right to decline requested travel dates when the cost of providing the package materially exceeds the package budget or when required package components are unavailable.

In those circumstances, Allegro Luxury Vacations will work with the travelers to identify reasonable alternative travel dates within the package validity period.

If travelers prefer to retain higher-cost travel dates, Allegro Luxury Vacations may, when reasonably available, offer the option to proceed by paying the additional cost above the amount allocated to the package. Any such additional amount will be disclosed to and approved by the travelers before reservations are confirmed.

No specific hotel, flight, performance, tour, restaurant, experience, or travel date is guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Allegro Luxury Vacations.

All travel must nevertheless be completed by May 31, 2027, regardless of availability on the travelers' preferred dates.

3. AGE REQUIREMENTS

At least one traveler must be 21 years of age or older.

Any traveler under age 21 must be accompanied by a traveler age 21 or older and is subject to all age requirements imposed by hotels, entertainment venues, tour operators, restaurants, transportation providers, and other suppliers.

Travelers must meet applicable legal age requirements for gambling and consumption of alcoholic beverages. No substitution, refund, or credit will be provided for a package component that a traveler is unable to use because of an applicable age restriction.

4. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

The package includes a three-night stay for two travelers at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas in the room or suite category specified in the package description, subject to availability.

Hotel room taxes and mandatory resort fees associated with the included three-night accommodations are included unless otherwise stated in the final confirmation.

Travelers are responsible for incidental charges, optional services, upgrades, minibar purchases, room service, parking, additional nights, and any other hotel charges not expressly included in the package.

A valid credit card and government-issued identification may be required by the hotel at check-in for incidental expenses and security authorization.

Standard hotel check-in and check-out policies apply.

If the specified hotel or room category becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside Allegro Luxury Vacations' reasonable control, Allegro Luxury Vacations may provide comparable or upgraded accommodations at its discretion.

5. AIRFARE

The package includes round-trip economy-class airfare for two travelers from a mutually agreed-upon U.S. departure airport to Las Vegas, subject to availability and the airfare allowance established for this package.

Flight schedules, airlines, routing, connection points, seat assignments, baggage allowances, and fare classes are subject to availability and airline rules.

If airfare for the travelers' requested departure airport, dates, flight schedule, or routing exceeds the package airfare allowance, travelers may either select an alternative flight or travel date offered by Allegro Luxury Vacations or pay the difference prior to ticketing.

Airline upgrades, preferred seating, checked baggage fees, onboard purchases, change fees, and other optional airline charges are not included unless specifically stated.

Once airline tickets have been issued, they are subject to the applicable airline's fare rules and restrictions.

Transportation between the travelers' home, residence, hotel, or other location and their originating/departure airport is not included. Travelers are responsible for arranging and paying for transportation to and from their originating airport, including parking, rideshare, taxi, private transportation, or other related expenses.

6. LAS VEGAS AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

The package includes private round-trip transportation between the Las Vegas airport and the included hotel.

Transportation within Las Vegas to restaurants, entertainment venues, attractions, or other locations is not included unless specifically identified as included in the final itinerary.

7. THE WIZARD OF OZ AT SPHERE & ENTERTAINMENT ALLOWANCE

The package includes two (2) tickets to The Wizard of Oz at Sphere in Terrace Level seating, subject to performance and ticket availability for the travelers' confirmed travel dates.

Exact performance time, section, row, and seat numbers are not guaranteed and will be determined based upon availability when the package is booked.

Sphere performances, schedules, ticket inventory, seating configurations, and show availability are controlled by the venue and/or ticket provider and may change without notice.

If travelers prefer to attend a different Las Vegas show or entertainment experience instead of The Wizard of Oz at Sphere, Allegro Luxury Vacations will provide an entertainment allowance of up to $150 per person, for a maximum of $300 for two travelers, toward the alternative entertainment experience.

If the selected alternative costs more than $150 per person, the travelers are responsible for the difference.

If the selected alternative costs less than $150 per person, the unused balance will be forfeited and will not be refunded, paid in cash, transferred, or applied toward another component of the package.

The entertainment allowance is not a cash credit and has no cash value.

If The Wizard of Oz at Sphere becomes unavailable for the travelers' confirmed dates because of cancellation, schedule changes, discontinuation, or other circumstances outside Allegro Luxury Vacations' reasonable control, the same entertainment allowance of up to $150 per person will apply.

8. SPHERE EXPERIENCE & SENSORY EFFECTS

Sphere productions may include immersive visual and sensory effects, including intense or flashing lights, loud audio, motion or seat effects, fog, wind, scents, atmospheric effects, and other special effects.

Travelers are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate based upon their individual health, mobility, sensory sensitivities, or other personal circumstances.

Travelers should review the venue's current accessibility, health, safety, and guest policies before attending.

9. GRAND CANYON HELICOPTER EXPERIENCE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & ALTERNATIVE EXPERIENCE

The package includes the Grand Canyon helicopter experience described in the itinerary, subject to weather, aircraft availability, operating conditions, applicable aviation requirements, and the helicopter operator's safety policies.

Travelers choosing to participate in the helicopter experience acknowledge that helicopter flight and related activities involve inherent risks. Each participating traveler will be required to review and sign any applicable acknowledgment of risk, assumption-of-risk, release, or waiver required by the helicopter operator before participating.

Travelers participating in the helicopter experience are also required to purchase travel insurance for the trip. Travelers are responsible for reviewing the policy terms, coverage, benefits, limitations, and exclusions and for determining that the selected policy is appropriate for their circumstances.

Passengers may be required to provide accurate body weights before travel and may be weighed by the operator at check-in for aircraft weight-and-balance purposes.

Passengers who exceed an operator's applicable weight threshold may be required to purchase an additional seat or pay a surcharge. Any passenger-specific surcharge or additional-seat requirement is the responsibility of the traveler.

Flight routes, aircraft type, departure times, landing locations, duration, and other operational details may change because of weather, safety, air traffic, government restrictions, or operational considerations.

If the helicopter experience is canceled by the operator because of weather, safety, operational conditions, or other circumstances outside Allegro Luxury Vacations' reasonable control, Allegro Luxury Vacations will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the experience during the travelers' stay. If rescheduling is not reasonably possible, Allegro Luxury Vacations may substitute a comparable land-based experience, subject to availability and the provisions below.

OPTIONAL LAND-BASED ALTERNATIVE

Participation in the helicopter experience is not required.

If a traveler is not comfortable participating in the helicopter experience, the traveler may request a land-based alternative experience.

Any alternative is subject to availability, must be arranged and approved by Allegro Luxury Vacations in advance, and may not exceed the value allocated to the included helicopter tour.

If the selected land-based experience costs more than the value of the helicopter tour, the traveler will be responsible for the difference. If the selected experience costs less than the value of the helicopter tour, the unused difference has no cash value and will not be refunded, credited, transferred, or applied toward another portion of the package.

The alternative experience is intended as a substitution for the helicopter experience and not as a general travel credit.

Travelers should notify Allegro Luxury Vacations before the trip is finalized if they prefer a land-based alternative so availability and options can be reviewed.

Travelers with mobility limitations or other circumstances that could affect their ability to participate in either the helicopter or alternative experience should notify Allegro Luxury Vacations before travel arrangements are finalized.

10. CANYON RANCH SPA EXPERIENCE

The package includes the Canyon Ranch spa access specifically described in the itinerary.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, separately priced spa treatments and services—including massages, facials, salon services, specialty treatments, retail purchases, and gratuities—are not included.

Spa facilities, hours, services, and access policies are controlled by Canyon Ranch and may change without notice.

11. SIGNATURE DINING EXPERIENCE

The package includes the signature dining experience for two described in the itinerary.

Restaurant selection and reservation time are subject to availability and will be coordinated by Allegro Luxury Vacations.

The included dining experience is limited to the amount or inclusions specified by Allegro Luxury Vacations when the reservation is confirmed. Purchases exceeding the included allowance, including premium alcoholic beverages or additional menu items, are the travelers' responsibility.

Any unused portion of a dining allowance has no cash value and will not be refunded or credited.

12. PACKAGE COMPONENTS & SUBSTITUTIONS

This package has been designed and priced as a complete travel experience.

Except for the entertainment allowance expressly provided in Section 7 and the helicopter/land-based substitution expressly provided in Section 9, individual package components may not be exchanged for cash, converted into travel credits, transferred to another trip, or substituted at the traveler's request.

Travelers who voluntarily decline, cancel, miss, or fail to use an included component are not entitled to a refund, credit, substitution, or reduction in package value.

Allegro Luxury Vacations may make reasonable substitutions when a supplier, attraction, hotel, restaurant, tour operator, entertainment provider, transportation provider, or other third party becomes unavailable.

When reasonably possible, Allegro Luxury Vacations will attempt to provide a comparable experience.

13. ESTIMATED RETAIL VALUE

Any estimated retail value advertised for this package represents Allegro Luxury Vacations' good-faith estimate of the combined retail value of the included travel components at the time the package was created.

The estimated retail value is not a gift certificate, travel credit, stored monetary value, or cash-equivalent account.

Travelers are not entitled to receive the difference between the estimated retail value and the actual cost of the travel arrangements selected or provided.

The package cannot be redeemed for cash.

14. TRAVELER-REQUESTED CHANGES & UPGRADES

Travelers may request upgrades or modifications, including upgraded airfare, additional hotel nights, upgraded accommodations, additional activities, alternative transportation, or other services.

All requested changes are subject to availability and approval by Allegro Luxury Vacations.

Any additional cost resulting from traveler-requested changes or upgrades is the travelers' responsibility and must be paid before the additional arrangements are confirmed.

15. CANCELLATIONS BY THE TRAVELER

Once reservations, airline tickets, entertainment tickets, tours, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, or other package components have been confirmed or purchased, they may be nonrefundable and nonchangeable.

If travelers cancel after arrangements have been made, Allegro Luxury Vacations is not obligated to replace, refund, rebook, or provide credit for any nonrefundable components.

Any rebooking permitted by Allegro Luxury Vacations is subject to supplier policies, availability, additional costs, and the May 31, 2027 travel deadline.

16. SUPPLIER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Allegro Luxury Vacations arranges travel services provided by independent suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, entertainment venues, restaurants, tour operators, helicopter operators, and other service providers.

Schedules, services, attractions, performances, restaurants, aircraft, accommodations, and other package components may be modified, delayed, canceled, or discontinued by these suppliers.

Allegro Luxury Vacations is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, service failures, schedule changes, strikes, labor disputes, weather events, natural disasters, government actions, civil disturbances, public-health events, transportation disruptions, venue closures, mechanical failures, or other events outside its reasonable control.

When an included component becomes unavailable, Allegro Luxury Vacations will make reasonable efforts to arrange a comparable alternative when practical, but an identical replacement cannot be guaranteed.

17. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & IDENTIFICATION

Travelers are responsible for possessing valid government-issued identification and any documents required by airlines, hotels, attractions, venues, or other suppliers.

Names provided to Allegro Luxury Vacations must match the travelers' government-issued identification.

Costs resulting from incorrect traveler information, missing identification, or failure to meet supplier requirements are the travelers' responsibility.

18. HEALTH, MOBILITY & PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate in the activities included in this package.

Some experiences may involve walking, standing, stairs, heights, aircraft boarding, motion, loud environments, immersive visual effects, or other physical or sensory conditions.

Travelers requiring accessibility accommodations should notify Allegro Luxury Vacations before reservations are finalized so reasonable inquiries can be made with the applicable suppliers.

Allegro Luxury Vacations cannot guarantee that every supplier, attraction, vehicle, aircraft, venue, or activity can accommodate every accessibility need.

19. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is required for travelers electing to participate in the Grand Canyon helicopter experience and strongly recommended for all other travelers.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing available travel insurance coverage and determining whether the selected coverage is appropriate for their circumstances.

Travel insurance is not included in the package unless specifically stated otherwise.

Travelers who decline the helicopter experience and select an approved land-based alternative are strongly encouraged, but not required under these Terms & Conditions, to purchase travel insurance.

20. PERSONAL EXPENSES & ITEMS NOT INCLUDED

Unless specifically identified as included, the package does not include personal expenses such as transportation between the travelers' home and originating airport, additional meals, alcoholic beverages, gambling expenses, gratuities, hotel incidentals, parking, baggage fees, optional activities, spa treatments, shopping, transportation not included in the itinerary, upgrades, or other personal purchases.

21. TRANSFER OF PACKAGE

The package may not be resold or transferred for value.

Any permitted transfer to another traveler must be approved in writing by Allegro Luxury Vacations before travel arrangements are confirmed and may be subject to supplier restrictions.

Once airline tickets, show tickets, hotel reservations, tours, or other nontransferable components have been issued in a traveler's name, substitutions may no longer be possible.

22. TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITY

Travelers are responsible for reviewing all confirmations, itineraries, names, dates, flight schedules, reservations, ticket information, and other travel documents provided by Allegro Luxury Vacations and promptly reporting any errors.

Travelers are also responsible for arriving on time for flights, tours, performances, transfers, dining reservations, and other scheduled activities.

Missed services caused by a traveler's late arrival or failure to comply with supplier instructions are not refundable.

23. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, bidding on, accepting, redeeming, transferring, or traveling under the Somewhere Over Las Vegas package, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the final written itinerary and booking confirmations issued by Allegro Luxury Vacations, constitute the terms applicable to redemption and use of the package.

Allegro Luxury Vacations must approve any exception or modification in writing.
